The name is simply a misspelling -- because English has lost a few characters over the years -- of the Anglo-Saxon words for "she" (Heo) and "said" (Cwaeth).
There are two basic rules for this blog:

Presenting The Beast!
Asserting its rights as Master of The Guest Room over Thanksgiving weekend.
The expression on Beast's face in conjunction with the regal pose indicates that he or she has studied history, particularly how the Empire fell, and is about to apply similar tactics to Heocwaeth's room.
